Impressed by Snell David’s work locally, a partnership of experienced local property developers appointed us to design two very large and spectacular Arts & Crafts houses in this very sought-after road in Cambridge.

The site has prestigious neighbouring properties nearby occupying sizeable site plots. These include a large residence designed by the well-known Arts and Crafts architect, M H Baillie-Scott.

Both new houses were completed in spring 2010 and are designed in great depth of detail using traditional detailing that has been tried-and-tested by the practice on past projects.
