LUTTRELL AVENUE

PUTNEY

VIEW SIMILAR PROJECTS

This project involved extensive re-modelling of the ground floor level of a 1930’s detached family house in West Putney.

Our clients were keen to rationalise the layout throughout the ground floor retaining some of the original character whilst creating a fresher and more cohesive feel to the space. This involved judicious changes to the layout and modest re-modelling of extensions to the rear. As part of the re-planning exercise it was possible to integrate the living spaces more closely, create a larger and more accessible utility room  and separate home office. Through the use of Crittall-style doors and windows views of the impressive rear garden could be maximised.

As part of the same project the rear terrace was extended, altered and re-surfaced making the rear garden at a lower level more accessible through tiered terrace areas.
