The client appointed Snell David to design a new kitchen and dining room extension to face directly onto their beautiful existing garden. Their detail approach and high expectations were met with similar design precision and consideration.

The result, an intimate new courtyard entrance space, hall, cloaks and wc with a free flowing route into a snug, kitchen and into the impressive garden dining space. A side gate provides access to an external courtyard for bikes and the utility.

The project won best extension project at the Building Excellence Awards 2016.
